Customer service at its finest
I purchased a necklace for my sister at a pop-up event months ago. The necklace was advertised as life-proof. My sister came to me last week saying that the necklace had snapped. I contacted Monday's Child and got a response straight away. They sent out a free post envelope and jewelry bag for me to return the product the very next day and kept me updated on the progress. New necklace arrived a few days later after they inspected the broken one. My sister couldn't get her other necklace off quick enough to put this one back on 😂
