Terrible signal and customer service.

We switched to another carrier as of August 30th, had our numbers for a 5 line family plan ported over. As of Tuesday September 3 I requested our account be closed and asked for my final bill. I was informed that they don't do that, we have to pay for 3 weeks of DEAD phones! We have been customers for many years, always on autopay. Then this is how they treat you. Their signal is garbage now, service has gone way down hill, closed tons of stores including our local one. DO NOT GO NEAR THEM WITH A 10 FOOT POLE!
