Bus driver threatened me to leave the bus!
I had bought two tickets from Jönköping to Goteborg, and I had also paid extra for seats. we had very small bags with us so even the luggage wasn't a problem. the driver had checked our tickets at the start of the trip. then later near Goteborg, driver stopped the bus, told me that my ticket has a problem, and threatened me that I have to leave the bus if I don't pay extra 198 SEK. I paid the money, and the bus driver didn't give me the reciept back. he told me that the printer is broken. I have already shared the bank account that Has paid out 198 sek extra, and the bus number with customer support, but the customer support constantly told me that you might have done something wrong, eventhough they checked my ticket and saw everything was okay. Worst experience of my life.
Eventually Flixbus proceeded to pay back 198 SEK after several weeks, and I thank them for it.
