One of the best shopping experiences

I ordered a dell monitor from Refurbed. It arrived in the safest packaging I had ever seen. It had a retention issue, which is not a big problem for many, but since I did visual work it was problematic for me. I contacted support, and they answered me in shortest possible time. I returned the monitor and got the money back way quicker than I expected. I will buy things from them in the future for sure.

I bought an Asus Proart Display

I bought an Asus Proart Display from them. Eventhough I was supposed to recieve it in 3-4 working days, I recieved it in the next business day. It's in good shape and I haven't had any issues with the Monitor. Probably will buy from them in the future.

My best shopping experience

I bought a monitor from them via Refurbed website. They delivered it from Germany to Sweden, with a packaging that could survive a war. I tested the monitor and found a very small issue, that occurs in my profession since I'm working with colors and design. I returned it in the same packaging without a problem and decided to buy something else. They answered my messages really quickly and were extremely supportive through the entire process. I will definitely recommend them.

Bus driver threatened me to leave the bus!

I had bought two tickets from Jönköping to Goteborg, and I had also paid extra for seats. we had very small bags with us so even the luggage wasn't a problem. the driver had checked our tickets at the start of the trip. then later near Goteborg, driver stopped the bus, told me that my ticket has a problem, and threatened me that I have to leave the bus if I don't pay extra 198 SEK. I paid the money, and the bus driver didn't give me the reciept back. he told me that the printer is broken. I have already shared the bank account that Has paid out 198 sek extra, and the bus number with customer support, but the customer support constantly told me that you might have done something wrong, eventhough they checked my ticket and saw everything was okay. Worst experience of my life.

Eventually Flixbus proceeded to pay back 198 SEK after several weeks, and I thank them for it.

Håll dig borta från denna webbplats.

Jag betalade för prenumerationen och insåg att kontaktinformationen till de lediga bostäderna ledde mig till en annan sida som heter HomeQ, som också kräver prenumeration. Betalar jag bara för en sökmotor? Har jag precis betalat för att bli länkad till andra sidor som kräver sina egna betalningar? Håll dig borta från denna webbplats.

Lying to my face

I got a notification from LinkedIn, about a fulltime job opening, and when I clicked on it, It took me to truelancer's homepage. I initially thought that the platform itself needs to hire my position, because it looked like it, but when I clicked on apply, it took me to a place where it asked me to complete my freelancing profile. This is a massive red flag for me, and I am sharing it on all the communities that I'm a member of.

Zero Customer support

It's been three days now that I'm calling customer support, and I've waiter for 1 hour and 30 minutes without any answers.
I have changed my plan, and I'm receiving reminders for my old plan. I was also charged for paper bill while I had chosen to get the bill by mail. I am definitely moving away and changing my service provider soon.
