Review of Dyson
Not even two years after purchasing my dyson purifier, it developed a sensor issue that cannot be repaired. I expected much better durability for a product at this price point. Instead of offering a replacement, they gave me a 30% discount for a new one. What a scam!
Extremely disappointed with the quality and the lack of accountability. I would not recommend these products.
Review of Ancestry
Very long process! It took 1,5 months total. Paying $120 just to get your ethnic background is ridiculous. Traits is a joke - doesn't even give you any valuable information. And you have to pay extra for every small additional detail. "which ethnicities you inherited from each parent" - it should be included into the DNA results and shouldn't be extra pay. I do not recommend this overpriced service that give you peanuts of information. Not worth it!

We always aim to be transparent as to our processing times and are sorry if you expected our test to be completed sooner than the standard 6 week timeframe which begins from the date a returned sample is marked as received. Equally, we regret any frustration if you believed that your results would also include access to subscription based features which are not included in the cost of a DNA test. A set of results includes access to your ethnicity estimate and DNA matches and Traits should you have chosen this option when purchasing your test. It can naturally take some time to get used to the different tools and you can get a full breakdown of what our various services offer by reviewing this guide.
