For nearly 5 years, Nicola Meese (solicitor) and Emma have gone the extra mile with my complex claim. They always took the opportunity to explain to me. They made sure I received the help I needed. Although my claim is not yet settled, they are helping me. I was difficult case, as in the meantime many unseen problems arose. This was not helped because of covid and the situation in the world. I still felt well informed and looked after, They have been helping me and have worked with my issues all the time. I do highly recommend them and have appreciated their professionalism, their friendly approach and courtesy. Should anything happen again in the future, they will be my first port of call.
