So far so good

So far so good, although slightly confusing how it doesn't give you a definite value for the gems you have to use to washout. It says 'approx' which really gives them room to tell you any value off the top of their head when it comes to cashing out. Only time will tell!

Great skins, even better cases!

Got a skin for my MacBook and my iPhone, as well as a case for my phone. The case is really good quality, I was pleasantly surprised! The skins were pretty easy to fit and the guide videos were really helpful. Will definitely be getting more skins for my other devices in the future.
Also really helpful staff and good communication!

Pure disappointment and with no acknowledgement or answer when questions are asked.

Every review I post my account gets blocked. Whether it’s a raving review about a really good experience or whether there’s things I’ve not been happy with. And when my account is blocked, every review I’ve ever posted gets taken down. So even though they were initially happy with some, and happy to share that information with the world. Because their system then decides to doubt one review, suddenly all the other reviews that have been up for any length of time lose all value and get removed also. Each and every time this has happened my review has of course been a fair, honest and factual review so I send in the requested documentation and a week or 2 later my account is unblocked and reviews go live again. After being unblocked I could literally write another review within 5 minutes, usually at the prompt of Trustpilot…and the cycle begins again. Not only that, but for about 2/3 weeks afterwards (maybe longer) I still get emails about whichever the most recent review that caused the blocking is, telling me the accounts been blocked again and asking me to send in evidence. Each time I do send in my evidence I also ask for advice of how to leave a review that wouldn’t flag up or that they would deem to be honest, and surprise, surprise, I just get generic, robotic responses. Not even any acknowledgement that I’ve asked a question, let alone an attempt to answer it and resolve the issue. For a company that claims to care about the customer experience and spreading the word of this…these actions are quite contradictory.
To say I’m disappointed is an understatement, especially when reading how Trustpilot boasts to be the most trusted and largest review database available to the public. You’d think they would’ve by now been able to train their AI bots to better recognise genuine reviews. Or perhaps a they could give people the chance to submit evidence with their review in the first place so the bots can review that instead of taking every review ever posted by a user offline. If this is happening on a large scale, and I have no doubt that it is, then this will be massively changing the actual ratings of stores on this platform and thus rendering it completely useless and biased. How Trustpilot has been going so long is beyond me. I only use it as I want to genuinely support the businesses that I have great experiences with, yet Trustpilot make it near impossible and more of a challenge every time. God forbid I don’t screenshot my entire customer journey with every company I ever interact with, because the day I don’t, all of my reviews will be gone for good.
Sort it out TrustPilot! Or at least take down your smug claims about being the biggest and the best, or better yet, actually look at your system and use the wealth of so called wisdom you have and make a better system that actually does what you’re advertising you do in a fair way. The current system is abysmal and extremely frustrating and disheartening.

Not my vibe - don’t really get it

I received a free trial of their tobacco product that you put behind your lip. I didn’t enjoy the taste, didn’t enjoy the sensation or really get much of one, and all I could think is that it was going to make my gums recede more than likely. Not really my vibe, sorry! Delivery was pretty quick and the sample pack was a good size hence the extra star

Account closed, no reason given - disappointed and confused

I had an account for a couple of years and was really happy with it. Most modern functionalities were available and initially the only downside was that you can’t pay cash in to it. After a couple of months they introduced saving pots which was a nice feature. But then after about 3 years of having the account, I randomly received an email informing me the account had been immediately shutdown and they had no responsibility to tell me why and there was no room for discussion and no chance to reinstate it. I have absolutely no idea what caused this as none of my other accounts have been affected by anything around that time, or ever. And I understand they have regulations to follow, and fair enough if they can no longer offer me an account for whatever reason, but regardless of whether they have a responsibility to inform me or not, as a loyal customer for a few years it would’ve been nice to have been given even a glimpse of a reason. Either way they’re not going to reinstate the account so therefore don’t have to deal with me again. So what difference does it make to them whether they tell me the reason or not? But the difference it would have made to me, my mental state, and my financial security at the time would have been massive!!
I feel very disappointed and very let down by this new bank who i thought were doing well initially. Such a shame.

Another great experience!

Another great experience with Jock.

One item I ordered was unfortunately out of stock when they came to pack my order so I received a message straight away to let me know, which included a choice of replacement items or the offer of a refund. I asked for a replacement item and left the choice up to them and safe to say they got it bob on.

JockParty - Probably the best LGBT+ brand around currently!

Great site with a really good range of products available. Also really good communication: I tend to shop and chase things up through the night as I often work nights, and always got a prompt reply no matter when I messaged them.

Can’t wait to get more things from them, and have already recommended them to a few friends and will definitely be recommended them to many more!

Keep up the good work MJ and the team 😁 it’s so good to have a great representation of LGBT+ businesses out there!
