Special instruction box ignored.
The products I ordered (Mugs and T-shirts are very good.
Unfortunately my request that some of the mugs be individually packaged was ignored. I now have to by some pboxes to post the mugs onwards.

Phone call when about 20 minutes away, the delivery guys knew what they were doing, put the appliances where i wanted them and took away packaging and old appliances. All went well.
