A bit advice to Black Africans. The percentage of you getting an apartment from Berlinovo is 15. You can only have a chance if their selective chosen ones didn't attend for the viewing appointment. I have tried with my 2 work colleagues from Poland and Lithuania and they said to Saeed we are sorry but you are right with your experience. They didn't believe me as I told them. Don't waste your time by filling their form and chasing their appointments. And don't think your income will change anything. Just a piece of Advice you take or leave it but you will surely come one day and say I'm right.
