My experience was great no waiting on the phone I was given all the information I was needing and put me through to Bosh where a representative came out and that was also easy. It was decided I needed a new one I was sent a list to choose from and a choice of delivery dates. The new item was delivered with no hassle. I then called dom and General they added new dishwasher to my plan and sent new documents. I’m so happy to use Domestic and General they are efficient and fair.
