A crack has appeared in our worktop

A crack has appeared in our worktop , we have been extremely careful and look after the worktops well. When we contacted the company the lady was extremely rude and without seeing a picture or asking information accused me of doing this myself. I feel completely let down as the worktops were not cheap.we were asked to take a photo but we explained because we have white tops and the crack is white it wasn't showing up in the photo, we then askef if somebody could come out to look at the crack but was told we would have to pay . We was then told somebody must have dropped something on the top ( definitely not happen) without looking at the tops . I was not prepared to pay them any more money especially after the lady on the phone was so rude so I will get another company to look at the top .

Hi, Thank you for your review.
Your worktops were installed in June this year.
We can see by the notes on the system that we requested photographs of the crack that you could not provide, as you advised you could only see if inn certain lights, as we could not see the crack, we offered to visit and inspect/repair based on our findings but you advised us that you were going to get another company out to look at the issue.
As already advised we are more than happy to attend to view/repair the crack.

Amazing blinds

Ian fitted my blinds in my conservatory. The blinds look absolutely amazing, I'm so happy. Ian was amazing, very perfessional and friendly.
