Logged in few days ago, did few surveys, everything was fine for first day or two. till i tried withdraw my earnings, 4 euro, they restricted my account, postponed my payment, customer service agent, accused me of fraud, and being a criminal, flagged my account as dangerous and fraudulent, blacklisted my ip and now i can't take survey anywhere, FML!
i did absolutely nothing wrong that i know of, And when i ask said customer care what i did they lie some more, and refuse to tell me ?
horrible experience, some very nasty people working for their customer service in particular.
just edit: their support lies Completely and blatantly, when you catch them lying they erase Tickets to try cover it up.
Please beware !!!
