Very easy to book, staff were just so friendly and caring. I visited Lush Spa, Edinburgh and Kerry did my treatment. She was lovely and explained everything she was going to do and why. The spa area was beautiful. The treatment, Tangled, was a top of body, including head, massage. Just amazing. I didn’t want it to end. If you love getting your head and hair massaged, this is for you. Would I recommend this treatment? Absolutely!

Received a time slot the evening before Tony was due for planned visit and then received a text approximately 15 mins before arrival to say he was on his way. Very polite gentleman and explained everything he was going to check/do. Had sorted the problem within 15 mins. Would absolutely recommend this company and Tony.

These products were recommended to me by a friend so I thought I would give it a go, even though I was concerned about the price.
Unfortunately, part of my order was missing, however, customer services were first class and I’m now waiting on the item being delivered.
I’ve not used the shampoo and conditioner long enough to see any visible changes/results but the products go a long way with just a small amount and smell amazing.

Good communication, arrived on time, job completed in good time and absolutely no mess. Would highly recommend.

Wish I had read the reviews before purchasing from this company. Received item eventually but was too big and definitely not worth the money so contacted them to find out how to return the item and requested a refund. Got same email as others from Margaret stating the business was facing bankruptcy and had no funds to be able to issue refunds. Expensive lesson learnt for me - always read reviews before purchasing from an online seller!

Ordered a banner and exceeded all expectations, it was beautiful. Great quality, great print and delivered within a few days of ordering. Will definitely order again from this website.

Wouldn’t even give it 1 star. Spent £32 on a new dog bed. Delivery was between 4 and 10 days. A month passed, nothing. 6 emails sent asking for either an update or refund - nothing! Today I sent an email saying I had contacted Trading Standards - within 2 minutes of sending that email, my order was cancelled and advised I would receive a refund. Won’t hold my breath on receiving this but we shall see. Just wish I had read the reviews before ordering from them. I’m disappointed as they claim to be a family run business and proud to supply animal goods to buyers - nothing to be proud of being part of this business, I’m afraid.
