Poor customer service
Wrong printed items sent out. Would not accept any liability and very unhelpful.The company do not check items before they send them out and blame their customers for the error. They have lost me as a long standing customer.

Hi Simon, as someone who's been ordering with us for almost 10 years we really appreciate your custom and your feedback. I totally understand your frustration regarding receiving print that has not turned out how you expected. The artwork file supplied was not the correct size and contained a large blank area at the bottom which was reflected in the proof that was sent and approved before sending to print.
