Very dissapointing experiense
I ordered a flowers to a friend, the same day delivery. Flowers was delivered to a neighbours and then they were not at home for 2 days….so my friend still did not get their flowers and it all completely dissapointing experience. I left my friend phone when made an order, why don’t you call to a person you deliver to and check what time better to come. That’s how it works in another countries. Nobody deliver flowers to a neighbour.

When nobody is at home, in Holland delivery will be made to neighbours if they accept the flowers.
But a new bouquet already has been sent.
