Jeg FRARÅDER at anvende advokat…

Jeg FRARÅDER at anvende advokatfirmaet Ret & Råd Hillerød (tidl. ADVODAN, LOU og VQA advokater). Jeg brugte firmaet i en tidligere sag mod Skatteministeriet om ugyldig opkrævet bidrag. De var uengageret og den udsigtsløse sag endte efter et kort retsmøde uden resultat for mig. Derfor indgik vi en aftale om at holde mig økonomisk skadefri i forhold til sagsomkostninger hos Skattesstyrelsen og advokatens honorar (hvor jeg iøvrigt aldrig på forhånd blev oplyst om time takster eller timeforbrug). Det skulle ske ved at begære omkostnings godtgørelse på 45.000 kr. til dækning af Skattesstyrelsens oplyste sagsomkostninger. Omkostnings godtgørelsen blev bevilget efter besvær hos advokaten hvorefter firmaet pludselig STIK IMOD AFTALEN snuppede de 45.000 kr. fra omkostnings godtgørelsen til eget honorar. Det har efterladt mig med en udgift til sagsomkostninger som fortsat vokser og i øjeblikket udgør en gæld til det offentlige på 64.565,13 kr. Firmaet nægter til dato denne manøvre med at bruge omkostnings godtgørelsen til honorar trods aftale om det modsatte - nemlig at den skulle dække sagsomkostningerne i Skattesstyrelsen. Det er en kritisabel fremgangsmåde og en utroværdig praksis. Det burde ikke finde sted. Derfor FRARÅDER jeg, at anvende advokatfirmaet Ret & Råd i Hillerød.

Outrageous company with no customer service

Outrageous company with absolutely no customer service. Been a customer for +20 years. In 2015 a friend moved in and his name was added to the PBS paying agreement on our address since he spend most time at home. Early 2022 he moved out and for 2 years it was absolutely impossible to get back my own electricity bill. For a full 2 years his new bills were send to me and my bills were send to his various new addresses. Two new PBS paying agreements with correct information and 2 new electricity agreements and approximate 50 mails, phone calls and complains to ANDEL would NOT change anything. Early 2024 the bills were still send incorrectly and still with all sensitive personal information CPR numbers etc. to the wrong persons. Only reply from so-called “Custom service” even after written complaint to their “Department for complaints” – ANDEL do not have anything (!) on file from you (even after I forwarded all copies of my complaints) and ANDEL can NOT separate your bill (!). To this day I do not know if I for 2 years have been paying electricity for 3 various addresses were my friend stayed. Naturally from March I went for another electricity supplier. My last bell was a total of 317,82 kr. for the month of February - for just 48,70 kr. actually use of electricity (!) All the rest were faked invented fees. It will probably not change. But - ANDEL is an outrageous company and the Board members were kicked out because of fraught and illegal exorbitance personal bonuses. I strongly recommend to quit ANDEL Energi A/S - they cheat your for your own money.
På trods af mine utallige henvendelser til ANDEL så forsætter deres regnings kaos. Jeg ser ingen anden mulighed end at skifte selskab og betaler min slutopgørelse 26 marts 2024 og får bekræftet at mit kundeforhold er afsluttet.
Alligevel fortsætter ANDEL med at opkræve den allerede betalte slutopgørelse både i april 2024 maj 2024 og juni 2024 på trods af alle mine fortsatte henvendelser om at regningen ALLEREDE ER BETALT.
Den 20.juni 2024 får jeg så besked fra en ”Specialist i Forretningskvalitet & Klager” - som må ha’ været på ferie MEGET længe - om at regningen er ”afskrevet” og jeg i mellemtiden har fået et nyt kundenummer i forbindelse med et nyt kundesystem. ANDEL TROR ALTSÅ STADIG AT JEG IKKE HAR BETALT?
Hvor er jeg dog GLAD for IKKE LÆNGERE AT VÆRE KUNDE HOS ANDEL.

I would like to start out by saying that you of course are entitled to your own opinion about us, and I respect that. I just disagree with you here and I would like to explain why.

First of all, we have written you a complete overview of your complaint to us and I have to be honest and tell you, that you are wrong in your review. We have send bills, contracts etc. to the correct address or email and we have informed you of that through documentation. We have described in every aspect how you have been signed up for an agreement and how your friend got signed up and furthermore how every invoice has been paid.
So I disagree with you, when you write that we absolutely no customer service have. I do think that we have shown a very capable customer service level and we have replied on all of your questions.

To your point regarding your invoice where 48,70 kr. is for your consumption, that is however correct, but the same rules replies to all electricity providers in Denmark. You still have to pay a fee to the state and for transportation of the electricity to your netcompany. So we do not charge fake invented fees but only charge for your consumption and your subscription plus transportation.

For your last comment regarding our Board members, again I would like to disagree with you. None of our Board members has been kicked out so I have no idea, where you have this information from 😊

Aldrig mere IMERCO Amager Centret

For et år siden var det tid, at udskifte min trofaste mangeårige støbejerns-pande. IMERCO Amager Centret tilbød en dyr tilsvarende pande med belægning. IMERCO lovede det ikke var giftigt Teflon (PFAS), til alle varmekilder også gas som jeg bruger og med rabat dog kun med medlemskab i Kundeklubben, hvor jeg så meldte mig ind. Jeg brugte panden med nænsom varme og sjældent som enlig. Men på under 1 år var belægningen boblet op og håndtaget gået løs. Hos IMERCO nægtede den nu tidligere forhandler, at ”godkende” min reklamation trods de åbenlyse fejl og mangler. Kun under kraftige trusler om, at tage min reklamation til Forbrugerklage Nævnet indvilligede IMERCO i, at ”se på sagen igen”. Forhandleren godkendte nu hurtigt reklamationen men kun(!) pga. det løse håndtag og ikke fejlen i belægningen. Jeg havde allerede for længst købt en stålpande hos isenkræmmeren uden belægning til den halve pris og uden Kundeklub. Den pande virker upåklageligt - så aldrig mere IMERCO i Amagercenteret og deres elendige service.

Don't ever buy your very poor Polish made - Danish mail order sails from Resen Sails. Product DO NOT match your order in specifications, quality, size nor important details. NO sailpins with order. Major wrong details. No matter what you order in their ONLY ONE WAY electronic order-system they make your sails from a fixed standard. IMPOSSIBLE to contact company by phone, mail or fysic. Major delays in processing of order. IMPOSSIBLE to stop order when started with payment of Deposit (50%) USELESS PRODUCT. NEVER NEVER AGAIN. WASTE OF MONEY. BEWARE BEWARE

Fake Company BAD BAD BAD SERVICE DON'T USE

Fake Company. Ordred very expensive schoolphoto from my sons Gymnasium Malmö Latinska in early Fall 2022. Still now in February 2023 I haven't recieved most of my order - the School Catalouge, which I already paid for in the first place. I wrote Custom (no) Service many times on their homepage. Warious girl names postulated 3 times untill now that they already send the Catalouge to my adress in Copenhagen - just on the other side of Oresund. Same Adress where I recieved the 2 photos in January 2023 - but stille no Catalouge. Last week another girl name suddently said they could NOT send post to Copenhagen or outside Sweden and it was a lucky bonus that I recieved the Photos in the first place. I gave them my sons Swedish adress in Malmo - but STILL have NOT recieved the Catalouge. I do not recomend the Schools in Sweden to use this fake company any more - They take your money and then NOTHING HAPPENS - BAD BAD BAD BAD

We apologize that we didn't see earlier that your order was sent to Denmark. Since we only ship within Sweden, we are also suprise that your photos arrived even though they were addressed to Denmark. Your photos should have been sent back to us with the mail, but in your case it did not.
We should of course have noticed earlier that you had a Danish address, We are therefore sorry that we missed it!
Your catalog has now been sent to your son's address in Sweden and should reach him any day.
Once again, we are sorry for the inconvenience that occurred regarding your catalog!
