my apartment is on the 2nd floor, because it is a house and not an apartment block, then they will not delivery the fridge freezer to the 2nd floor where my apartment is.

Is the door on the ground floor solely your door, or is it a door that you share with neighbours? If the former is the case, we will only climb those stairs if you have ordered the service for placement and installation of the machine. If the latter is the case, we should climb those stairs to get to the door of your home, with or without the service for placement and installation of the machine.
