Gave laptop for repair
Gave laptop for repair, should have taken max 3 weeks, still don't have it back and nobody helps me there, so I still don't know if and when it will be back

If it's still hasn't been solved in the meantime, please provide the order number (ordernummer) that's noted on your purchase receipt. You could also give us the case number of the repair, either will do.
