First time is a mistake a glitch on the system. Second time it just confirms they are Scammers, dishonest people. They breached my funded account for supposedly making more than 6% for the day. I submitted screenshots of trades taken showing it was under 6% profit. I contacted support they told me to stop reaching out and to be patient. After 3 weeks I reach out again and no response, live support on the website leave me on seen after I give them my account number and email address. I tried throught discord, they kicked me out of discord. At that point I realized they are Scammers, I had faith in the company because of the CEO Mr. Alex. But after today I see you can't trust in any funded company. First a 100k funded account and then a 200k funded account breached for no reason.
I have screenshots and emails of trades taken sent to their support team and live support. If you're able to go into their discord, you will see similar cases every day, of people being breached for no reason and support not responding.

Made a purchased, never received credentials. Waited 3 weeks talking with their support team, they said to wait as they look into it to dont report it to my bank, after 3 weeks of waiting they ended up closing the ticket withould providing the credentials. Or anything.
I have proof on bank statement of purchase, if needed.

After switching up to dxtrader, and the new customer service ticket system it takes them over a month to reply any inquiries.
I hope they can go back to be one of the top prop firms in the industry.
