Terrible

Terrible. I wanted to buy a V15 detect on their website. I registered my phone number, received a code much later. Contacted CS they were useless. Finally received the 10% code. Applied to at checkout for my purchase. Code did not apply. Contacted CS again, agent told me my code has not been valid for years. What ? I just received it. CS refused to help. Avoid, I will be buying another brand

Discovered DashVapes after Quebec's Ban

Discovered DashVapes after I noticed Quebec is banning fruity flavors. Wow! Great prices, lots of promos, super fast delivery (2 days in my case). I haven't had the chance to try out their customer service yet (which is a good sign), but from what I read, it's great too!.

They offer a wide selection of products at MUCH cheaper prices than what's available in Quebec.

My only regret is wishing I discovered them earlier.

I am not a bot and I strongly recommend this company :D

Garbage website

Garbage website, most sellers are in Asia, do not speak English, will advertise false quantities and false delivery time. Very bad website. The G2G staff does not even enforce its own rules. Over 1k USD gold bought, and still, every BS every time. Daaaaays to receive a small quantity even though these indo/jaja sellers (like 99.9% of them) advertise hundreds of thousands of gold. STAY AWAY

Edit : Gave the order number to a rep that reached out by email after yet another complaint. Ticket got closed without any punishment to the seller, and gold still not delivered (seller whos still advertising falsely). 24h No gold, no Help from Support : Welcome to G2G.

Avoid Mauvais until proper Distribution Channels in NA

I haven't received the products yet (first time buyer, from Canada) and the experience is rocky so far. Super high shipping costs, extremely high import fees (bought 2 kits, I'm essentially doubling my bill with all extra fees). At this point if it doesn't fit, I'll just use them as rags instead of returning everything at my own costs. If you are from NA, I highly suggest avoiding this company until they have proper distribution channels. Based on pictures though, the clothes look great.
