Carter Jonas Newbury recently sold my flat, having rented it out with them for the past 6 years. Both their lettings and sales teams have been great to work with and I have been very pleased the service provided.

We were told to call when our flight landed and that our car would then be waiting for us in the car park. We ended up waiting over an hour in the cold. When we called to ask where our car was we were told it was on its way and then received a call 20 minutes later from the driver who had clearly just got in the car and said they were 15 minutes away. For some inexplicable reason the heating in the car had also been turned up to 29 degrees Celsius. Would not recommend or use again.
