Bannatynes HASTINGS. I have been a member of Bannatyne for sometime. The problem lies with I am told Head Office who instruct the Helpful and pleasant staff to not change the LUKEWARM indoor Hot tub or swimming pool temperature. Many of us are having a miserable experience with the longstanding below comfortable cold pool and indoor hot tub(lukewarm at BEST). The manager insists they are FINE? yet staff have said there IS a problem with the indoor hot tub (has been going on for months but NOTHING gets done and if you complain you are cold the only thing suggested is write a review or contact HEAD OFFICE)! They are well Aware I am told but choose to put up subscriptions but don’t rectify the issues. The female changing rooms are often dirty. It seems customers are Wrong according to Bannatyne Management with one lady telling me she was told “if you don’t like it go elsewhere!”. Hardly good Customer service. The staff at Bannatyne Hastings ‘most’ are friendly and helpful but are not allowed to rectify the pool and INSIDE hot tub issues ie temperature. Unfortunately, there is no other nearby spa hot tub facility.

Terrible. The water storage container handle that you have to screw in is loose attached to a loose cheap metal surround. The steel is cheap. I bought it for £200 several months ago and have struggled to put it together. Having done so and followed the instructions (THE WATER TASTE IS THE SAME as poor quality TAP WATER). Interestingly, if the machine breaks down (YOU THE CUSTOMER HAVE TO PAY TO SEND IT BACK TO CHINA). Disgusting Company and I too wish I had seen these reviews before buying. I will update this review once I have contacted ‘so called customer service’ to request a complete refund.

I have found IG to be very quick at answering queries both via email and phone. A professional service building customer Trust.

I am beside myself, I lost my Mum recently and bought £300 worth of Canvas wall art in memory of her. 3 pieces. The first turned up weeks later. The 2 most important ones AGAIN waiting weeks, CUSTOMER SERVICE non existent and THEN when the 2 large pieces arrive THEY HAD ONLY ONE THIN PIECE OF BUBBLE WRAP AROUND EACH WHICH WAS TORN WITH HOLES IN EACH. The WALL PAINTINGS WERE STAINED AND DIRTY WHERE WATER HAD GOT IN. I CANNOT get ANY RESPONSE to my PHOTO EVIDENCE or NUMEROUS EMAILS EXPLAINING MY LOSS AND WHAT THE ART MEANT TO ME.
NO RESPONSE, NO REFUND NOTHING TO DATE.

THIS COMPANY IS DISGUSTING.
They Steel your money and don’t deliver your PRODUCTS!
I ORDERED 4 Wall art pieces ON 18th August.
Only ONE arrived.
3 weeks on AND MY EMAILS ARE IGNORED.
ALL COMMUNICATION IGNORED ( except to say delayed with EVRI). THIS IS AN EXCUSE AND THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN ASAP.

I will NOT be using this Company again!
Last year the Helium balloons turned up HALF full for my elderly mum. I tried to contact Moonpig and never received ANY offer of a partial refund or decent customer service.

I gave them another chance for this year to deliver flowers and the large personalised Birthday Card. Today is the Birthday day and NO CARD HAS BEEN DELIVERED (supposed to of been delivered yesterday with the flowers)!!!

My mother is 97 and has been left without glasses for a month. She depends on them and the lenses were the only thing being changed. The attitude of the adviser when ringing up to see WHY it would take a month and that she was high priority was met with indifference.
Still waiting with no contact from you as to WHEN they might arrive.

You are not as competitive price wise. Otherwise all good

I have used Manor FX for several years. The staff are very helpful and the Service is excellent. The delivery of their currency is always on Time. A legitimate Company and I fully recommend them.

Helpful staff especially with fitting of headboards.
