I bought Marc Jacobs watch
I bought Marc Jacobs watch. I wore it for total 2-3 weeks. The so called genuine leather band was about to fall apart already. I couldn't enjoy the purchase as I spent money on it.

I am very sorry you feel this way. As mentioned previously on email that according to our Returns & Exchanges Policy, "The warranty does not cover bands, straps, bracelets, battery, glass, exposed crystals and other embellishments."
