Products not delivered / cancelled last minute

How a good shop goes bad! Pleasantly low prices, but a customer service (and follow up of complaints) matching that. Two cases: 1) earlier this year a bought a new PC. It was supposed to be delivered including wireless keyboard and mouse, but alas, not. Called customer service. They would look into it. A fortnight on, heard nothing. Called again. O yes, they looked into it and the delivery agent did not find the mouse and keyboard. OK, now what? You pick a keyboard and mouse from the shop up to €50.- and we deliver it for free. Some time after, I call again and pass on my choice. Got a confirmation, but the mouse and keyboard never arrived. I am too reluctant to call again and they never followed up on this.
2) ordered an activity tracker which was in stock, but on the day of the promised delivery a mail: sorry, we cannot deliver on short notice and we will make a refund. I am really disappointed that this was done without consultation. Now it shows as out of stock and the price is up €20,- (matching virtually all other dealers).

What is going on in that organisation? It used to be such a fine, but not great, shop.

Thanks for your review.

You mention two problems. About the first problem; if a delivery was not complete we should solve this problem, especially if we have already promised you to send you a keyboard and mouse of choice. Sorry for the inconvenience. We would like to investigate this issue to see where it went wrong.

About the second problem; we have to admit that there recently have been a few articles in our assortment that were shown on our webshop as being in stock, while in reality there was nothing in stock at all. If it's an article which we don't expect to get back in stock, we do indeed cancel any orders that have been placed for that article, since we have no way of delivering it.

Could you pass along your order number that's on the receipt or invoice of the order for the PC? We could then investigate what happened to the mouse and keyboard, if you so wish.
