Worst customer service - avoid BCC!
Now i know why i should stick to ordering at Coolblue instead of BCC. The customer service of BCC is just terrible, not worth the 0,70€ price difference with the competitors...
I ordered products and one of them was defective, so i wanted to return it. On the website of BCC you can choose to return via DHL for free. I selected a pakketautomaat from DHL in my neighbourhood on the BCC website. Once there with my package, I try to return it, but you need a QR code or package code to do so. BCC didn't provide one, so I called the customer service. After 20 minutes on hold I talked to a "charming" young man who told me that they have nothing to do with DHL and as such will not provide with a return code so i can send the product back. He said I should just google it myself, then hung up on me. Lovely.
