Something happened with my internet data that in 2 days it was finished and I didn’t use that much. And they’re even charging an abusive cost of 51 euros for 512MG “extra”

The product itself is of good quality. However, I experienced issues with the delivery—UPS and the access point misplaced my package for a week. When I reached out to customer support, their response was essentially: 'There’s not much we can do,' and 'It’ll be quicker if you handle it on your own.'
