Sent off 6 controllers for repair as it seems I am heavy handed with my left thumb which always damages the joysticks. All controllers came back sorting the problem. I had an issue with the down button on the D-Pad not working on one which was sent back and rectified with no additional cost apart from postage. Overall very happy getting 6 controllers back for just over the price of 1 new controller. I would advise OG Repairs to put on their website a slightly longer repair time as it doesn't make much difference and it is better to be accurate than late.

This was my first order with notonthehighstreet and it couldn't really be worse.
Bought 2 items and after over a week of not getting any dispatch notification, I received an email saying the seller can't fulfil my order. Not exactly what you want when purchasing Christmas presents and it's safe to say I'll never order from this site again.
