I ordered 6 items and was informed they would be delivered by 8th Dec. 2 items arrived on 7th and one was the completely wrong item. I spoke to an advisor about returning the item and getting the correct one but was told to wait for the status to be updated on my account. I received the remaining 4 packages on 9th Dec which were all correct. I attempted to phone again to speak to an advisor but eventually gave up and got in touch via webchat to arrange a return and replacement. Thought it was sorted but when the courier came to collect the item she could not take it as it had no return barcode to scan. After contacting another advisor via webchat he told me a return label was needed and sent a link to print one. Hopefully the item will be collected again on 13th and the original item ordered delivered soon. Very disappointed by the whole experience
