Connells downplay issues to make a sale! ONLY CARE ABOUT MAKING MONEY

Really bad experience with Connells Eastleigh. They downplayed problems just to get the sale done, and once they got their money, they didn’t care at all.

Stuff we should’ve been told about before buying ended up being our problem after moving in. If you’re a first-time buyer, watch out—this company only cares about cash.
If you want to spend thousands resolving the pre-existing issue then go with Connells. The Seller, their own in house solicitor SWITCH and Connells all come together to trick you and hand you the keys and you are left with thousands on repair.

No parcel even after getting the time slot

I was given a time slot by DHL. The driver drove by our flat, stopped and made a delivery to other house during that time slot and left. Because our parcel was heavy (29.9 kg) maybe he did not bother to deliver it. Now I will get a notification saying driver attempted a delivery or parcel is lost. Had to stay home a whole day waiting for the parcel but it does not arrive. Very unreliable company, never using DHL again.

no customer service avoid at any cost

I had order a replacement sim on 30th of april. I have not yet got the sim. I am missing out on important calls due to this. I do not understand how you can send free sims to new customer 1/2 days while replacement sim takes 10 days or more. I do not even get any support to switch to other provider. Giffgaff agent told me I need to request PAC code by myself. How do I request when I do not even have the sim?? There is no human contact and I am tired of responding to useless unhelpful messages from the agent.

robotic chat service, terribly slow service, no contact from the team

I had applied for the finance was supposed to hear back within 24 hrs but 3 days no response no contact, chat service was robotic and finally Fedrick chatted to tell me I need to fill another application just because I uploaded scanned ID rather than taking photo. this could have been informed to me earlier but no contact from the team. When I asked why there was delay to inform me Ferdrick closed the chat. Not a good experience, terribly slow service.

DPD provides the worst service

DPD provides the worst service. I am at the house all day, Todor was supposed to deliver my items, I don’t hear a single ring and I get the message we missed you! What’s wrong with these people?? They just take a pic of the door not ringing the bell?? Not sure if he knocked but who hears knock from 2nd floor ?? There is a bell to ring for a reason. I avoid DPD not sure why big companies like apple work this awful company. Would not recommend DPD to anyone worst service you will never get your parcel on time. Royal Mail is the best.

Dpd is a scam, won’t deliver big boxes will say it’s lost instead

Dpd is a scam, it’s a careless company, if the boxes are big (60cm) they will not bother to deliver it instead they will say it’s lost. If you have not paid for the insurance they will not even look for it. I don’t know how much this company gains by selling our lost parcels. Absolutely terrible customer service. Learnt a big lesson WILL NEVER USE IT.

DPD local has given so much headache to…

DPD local has given so much headache to me. I parcelled my clothes, 2 boxes as I was moving. Biggest mistake. They lost my parcel and now asking for the receipt?? How do I provide the receipt for my clothes bought 3/4 yrs ago??? Nightmare. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. ABOSULTE NIGHTMARE DEALING WITH THESE ROBOTS SENDING SAME THING AGAIN AND AGAIN. DO NOT USE DPD

Worst parcel delivery service

Worst parcel delivery service. Customer service doesn’t exist. Pia and Simi from DPD contacted me regarding my issue then after few days sent the same email asking for same details. Customer service doesn’t do anything they just copy and paste email and says we are doing our best you just have to wait. It’s been more than a month I still have not got my parcel. Extremely unreliable service NEVER USE. Dealing with them is a nightmare.

Only use DPD if you want to lose your parcel. If I had read the reviews I would not have used it. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, nobody knows what’s happening. It’s A NIGHTMARE TO DEAL WITH NON-EXISTING CUSTOMER SERVICE. DONT USE IT

Worst customer service, I cannot get my own parcel back.

Worst customer service. No human contact I am tired of talking to robot like humans. Nobody knows what’s happening. Just asking me to wait. Everytime I chat they know nothing about my case. I sent the parcel DPD decides to return and taking it forever to return my parcel. I made a huge mistake by using DPD local. Everytime I talk to robot humans who claim themselves helping customers, my blood boils because of their carelessness. My parcel costs £750 and now I have no hope of getting it back to me. They will just offer me £50. I will never use DPD local and I will advise all of you to not to use it.

Never Using DPD again PARCEL LOST

Never Using DPD again, they returned my parcel for no reason. When I enquired via chat as there is no telephone support. I spent hours chatting to them but every DPDlocal says a different thing. GOING ROUND AND ROUND NO FIRM ANSWER. The only advice is to wait and see. They do nothing while you wait for your parcel returned parcel (for no reason) which never arrives. Worst experience.

Your supervisor Simi did send me an email intending to help but did not get back to me. Your reply does nothing. I MADE A HUGE MISTAKE BY CHOOSING YOUR SERVICE. DPD LOST MY PARCEL AND HAVE NO ANSWERS.
SO UNTIL I GET MY ANSWERS WHY MY PARCEL WAS RETURNED AND WHERE MY PARCEL IS, EACH DAY I WILL WRITE A REVIEW ABOUT DPD LOCAL. ONE STAR, 0 IF I COULD.
