Interesting name change, because evri parcel goes missing. Hands down THE WORST courier. More parcels have gone missing than I can even count, and when they do occasionally show up they are usually damaged. Not so surprisingly the company with the worst service also has the worst customer service... it's practicaly non-existent. TLDR: If you're thinking of sending a parcel and you want it to reach its destination in one piece then don't use evri!

Purchased a pair of shoes around midday, received the pair the next morning. Really happy with the service, the items were packaged very well. Would recommend.
