Online service since phone service did not work .Repugnant and lousy service, unprofessional treatment after 15 minutes unnecessary and stupid questions.
I bought a dyson V8 6 month ago when battery died. Contacted Dyson customer service who told me battery is not a warranty item and tried to sell me a new battery for 150.00 Can$.
Stay away from these crooks

I called their sales department, pretending to buy a new battery. I asked if they have stock and if I can get one quickly, No problem, we have plenty in stock, was the answer. Nice people these dyson guys, eh.
