Online service since phone service did not work .Repugnant and lousy service, unprofessional treatment after 15 minutes unnecessary and stupid questions.
I bought a dyson V8 6 month ago when battery died. Contacted Dyson customer service who told me battery is not a warranty item and tried to sell me a new battery for 150.00 Can$.
Stay away from these crooks

I called their sales department, pretending to buy a new battery. I asked if they have stock and if I can get one quickly, No problem, we have plenty in stock, was the answer. Nice people these dyson guys, eh.

I went to lifelab on 7131 Bathurst, Steeles and Bathurst because they have a sign saying walk in welcome.
I waited for more than 2 hours, after 1 1/ 2 hour they removed me from the waiting list, I took a picture from the waiting list. When I asked for my requisition after 2 hours, miraculously I was next. This kind of harassment I experience numerous times, especially in Jewish areas because of my natural bright blond hairs.
When I called lifelab customer service a woman named Monika told me this happens when they get busy. What harassing people? Repugnant and worse under the Nazies!

Looking at best buy review I am not surprised about what just happened. I wanted to buy a mixer on sale for 439.00 and took the box and went to the cash, now all of a sudden 687.00 dollar. I tried to explain what their own label says and what the internet says but I only got rhetoric, like maybe this is this one or maybe, or maybe.
I asked for a Manager but nobody was willing to call a Manager, only maybe sales people,
what a filthy customer and sales policy.
you want to get scammed keep buying at best buy.
