DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. SERVICE IS VERY VERY BAD. Placed an order mid August, still waiting. Have sent several emails with no response. Telephoned but could only leave a message, asked for a call back, never happened. It is now mid September & still waiting. My product was supposedly dispatched on 17th August with a tracking number that does not work. Sent email saying tracking number doesn't work - guess what - NO RESPONSE. Sorry I didn't read all these negative reviews before I wasted my money for a product I probably won't get or a refund I will probably never receive. Wonder if they will respond to my negativity. Not good PETPEND.
