Disgusted
Disgusted. Appears exclusion have been added to our dogs policy having had cruciate problem. Now the opposite leg has problems and unable to claim. Don't take it for granted your pet is covered as previously when renewing your policy. Had the small print been read the policy would have been cancelled £359 for in this case NO cover seems an awful lot of money and a very expensive vets fee ahead.
