Had a great experience with Braveheart auctions! From our initial chat with Nicola, getting all the info from Stephen and Daniel to paying the final balance, I definitely felt looked after through the whole transaction!
Paid for next day delivery - didnt receive item for 3 day and had no reply to my email about it. Very disappointed.

Pre-ordered a limited edition item on 11th March, item was released on 19th March but I only received it on the 23rd April!! The item was meant to be a gift for the end of March! Was not kept up to date on the situation, despite being told they would keep in touch with me. The "limited edition" item even came back into stock and they.were promising if you order before 2pm it would be dispatched same day and delivered within 48hours, so why did I have to wait over a month for delivery?!?!
There seems to be a problem with payments. Tried to pay via PayPal and it would not connect and then went thro card details and the placing order screen went round and round, I then received an email confirmation of my order while the placing order screen was still spiraling. Could be a connection issue or could be IWOOT issue but it did affect the online shopping experience which you have asked me to review.
