Poor packing of food and food was missing

I ordered Jewelled donburi ,chocolate mochi at Kingston Upon Thames shop online and delivered at 12:10pm by Just Eat. Owing to the unsealed packing, chocolate mochi was missing upon arrival. In addition, I found that some food of Jewelled Donburi was eaten by someone.
It was very ridiculous. I suggest that Wasabi Sushi and Bento should seal the packing safely. It protects food safely and in case of missing food.
