I know very little about electrics of any sort. I can just about wire a plug and after buying my older Ford Transit Mk7 with the intention of making it in to a decent camper, a couple of weeks into ownership I thought that I’d never be able to take it out! Due to the shoddy, and in some spots quite dangerous hab electrics that the previous owner had installed I just didn’t feel safe in it. However… Martin of Land And Sea came to my rescue, and I’m so very glad I found him. He is an absolute gem! A thorough professional with a kind and empathetic ear. He understood what I needed for my little van, with absolutely no overselling. I had everything explained to me, including how the apps work with my newly installed kit. The actual work that he did was incredibly neat and perfectly placed so to not take up too much space in the van.
With Martin’s help I now feel confident and hopeful that I can get my van on the road, and start fulfilling a long-standing adventure dream.

With a deadline looming that would have cost me much more money in storage and transportation, Alex Mann of PPL pulled out all the stops to ensure that my house purchase (Ref: 1199883.00001) went through on time and with great coms. Highly recommended!

My Amazon Fresh order was due to be delivered between 12 and 2 pm on the day of delivery.
When the order didn't arrive by 2pm I contacted customer services. The first representative told me that they couldn't get in contact with the driver and asked me to try - I couldn't contact the driver either. They then said they were going to refund the order. I agreed. Later they said that the driver was "in my area" and would be no later than 4pm "Max".
Due to the cost of living I didn't have the budget to go and buy more food so I only had the option to take more time out to wait in for the delivery.
It didn't arrive by 4pm.
I then contacted customer services again who told me that a FREE replacement would be sent out by midnight the same day. After a very long wasted day, time taken off work and an autistic son waiting to be fed, the replacement order arrived by 11:30pm.
Today Amazon has taken the payment of £40 despite promising a full refund of the order.
I contacted customer services again today and that representative told me that I would be charged the £40 and there was nothing that could be done about it.
This has caused stress for both me and my son. I have written to customer services on the email address they provided but that was a few days ago, and they haven't even acknowledged receipt of my email. Needless to say I won't be ordering food from them again and will likely cancel my Prime membership also. Don't bother buying a Prime membership. Doesn't make a shred of difference tbh. And get your food elsewhere.

Friendly delivery driver. Package not damaged. On time, as stated. No much else to ask for really.
