Sell tickets for fake events, then cancel the event and keep the "booking fee", imagine how much money they make on people's backs, complete SCAM.

Misérable service après vente, et mauvaise qualité de produits.
J'ai effectué une commande en ligne de trois objets.
La commande est arrivé en deux livraisons et un produit manquait.
Aucune réponse du service client concernant le produit manquant.
Difficulté sans précédant pour contacter le service client d'un des produits qui est défectueux. L'article ne correspond pas a la description et est de très mauvaise qualité.
Le service client me propose ensuite un retour a ma charge.

They made me pay for the insurance twice and refuse to refund me!
I've booked with insurance and paid for it.
The day of collecting the car they said the insurance I've paid for isn't valid, I must pay extra and get a refund on the one paid for after or I can't collect the car, therefore lose my booking and all the money for the rental.
Now they refuse to refund me.

So basically being ripped off by being charged twice for the same thing.

AVOID AT ANY COST!

Took 3 weeks to deliver. Not really surprising now I know the parcel is coming from China. For a brand that claims to be 100% Australian, this is extremely dodgy.

I ordered a lifejacket for my dog. Now I am not sure if it's safe to use in the water. It looks really thin.

Jet star was meant to send me a refund but they sent the money to someone else.
and they say they can't do anything about it.
Useless customer service.
