Review of Beter Bed
We made an order of 2 single Tempur mattress in the store on Apr/11 which charged us 1260Euro*2 and needed to wait for the delivery in July. On Apr/end, Beterbed launched another promotion to drop 30% price to 899euro/ea. We went to argue but Customer service just said nothing to help....That is really a very bad experience and I felt being cheated.....More than that, Beterbed asked us to sign the Dutch agreement while we do not know Dutch but trusted Beterbed....
Is there anyone who has the same case these days? Let's work together to fight against Beterbed for such unreasonable thing.
