Was dubious about buying a reconditioned laptop. Paid £200 but got the spec of a new £400+ model. Laptop was graded as excellent and is very clean, no obvious wear, slightly older model but vary happy, easy to set up and would recommend the company and a reconditioned model. Got exactly what I paid for.

We were sent onto a plane at Rhodes airport that was awaiting a part to start the engine. The aircon was already known to be not working without the engine running . It was 33 degrees outside. The doors were soon closed as the steps had been removed. The plane was close to full and heating up fast inside. The young cabin team appeared to have little idea what to do, giving out water. It was the hottest conditions I have ever experienced. I informed one of the the staff that the conditions were dangerous and something needed to be done...she started crying. Kids were bright red stripped to their underwear , the men where taking their tops off, everyone was soaked with sweat. There were babies and older people on board. One man collapsed, a young lady had a panic attack, only then did they consider reinstalling the steps and getting us off. I'm amazed nothing more serious occured. We where then herded back and forth several more occasions over the next 2 hours on the runway coaches until the pilot ran out of flying time. Nobody had a clue what they were doing. Disgraceful treatment from Jet2.

Ordered a chocolate cake for my son's birthday. Arrived promptly and well packaged. Very disappointing though, really stodgy and pretty dry, couldn'teven manage a slice. Wouldn't order again.

Thank you for your feedback. The chocolate cake is made to a traditional Sachertorte recipe, and as such is very rich, dense and very 'chocolatey'. It also contains apricot jam. Whilst many customers love the cake, we appreciate it might not be to everyone's taste - especially if they are expecting a light, fluffy sponge. Thank you again and we hope you might consider ordering a different cake to try at some point in the future.
Jeans took an age to arrive by modern standards, regular leg was about 3 inches longer than other brands. Tried to generate a return and apparently the return system didn't recognise my postcode so couldn't progress. Message on the website stating returns will take a long time to process didn't fill me with confidence, others companies are managing. Not a good customer experience. I was trying an alternative to Levis, certainly won't use the Lee website again.
