Excellent customer service from Tony at white city store, professional and very knowledgeable on products, would highly recommend.

We booked a return transfer from CDG paris to our hotel unfortunately the driver was a no show and ignored my 5 or so calls to ascertain where he was which is an absolute disgrace will never use this company again !

Top class website taking out medical multi insurance cover but obviously can’t comment on how efficient they are dealing with a claim as a company as haven’t had that experience and hopefully won’t ! 😊

Ordered ski's, poles,travel bag and ski garments from this company on 9/1/22. Confirmation email sent saying I would receive my goods on the 19/1/22 by my preferred delivery method. All seemed very good. ALAS NOT!!!!
I today received an email saying my money would be refunded back to me within 72 hours ? no explanation whatsoever!?? Called the company who advised that my parcel must have been turned back at Customs and sometimes this happens!!!!??
I could re order if I wanted to online ....
NOT A CHANCE !!!
