A wholesome experience

The staff were incredible, very knowledgeable and did not over power us with too much. Made choosing and getting everything really easy and so enjoyable! Thank you so much for a special day!

I ordered two collars from…

I ordered two collars from BullyBillows, having paid quite an amount for them I was excited having been recommended by a friend. I followed the guidelines to size my dogs but when they arrived they had a few marks on them but I was not overly worried if they had of fit. I tried them on my two dogs for about 10 minutes to see if they were comfortable enough to keep and wouldn’t come off. They were not fit for purpose, so I took them off packaged them and sent them back at a fee of £8. I received an email to say they could not exchange or accept the returns as they had been “worn.” I explained there were marks on arrival but assured they had only been on my dogs for ten minutes to see if they would fit and were comfortable. Then I was being asked to pay postage back! I sent an email and explained that I would not be paying postage and any other pet shop I could go in and try on collars, take my dogs a walk and if I was not happy I could return. The collars I originally purchased have just arrived in the post with no email stating an apology or what they would be posting. I am now out of pocket and with two collars which are not of any use. Absolutely disgusted with how this “business” runs and it’s clear how they make their money. I had sent multiple emails before I even received an answer. This is extremely disappointing and I will just stick to my local pet shops from now on.




***I Have NOT received any kind of “generous discount” as claimed. I did not receive any answer from my first email which resulted in more to be sent.” It seems this is the only way to get a reply.**

I have thoroughly looked in to your order details and also the email trail. I will outline my findings below.

I can see our email operatives have been completely transparent with you and replied to all the emails you have sent to us within a 24 hour period.

The returns team have provided you with photos of the collars you returned to us for your reference, which clearly show the collars are in a soiled condition, after looking in to this I can see this clearly myself.

We understand our customers need to try the items on their dogs to ensure they fit, however using items outside the house, or soiled items means that due to hygiene reasons we can no longer accept them back.

I can see we have also offered you a generous discount code as a gesture of goodwill, if you decide to order in the future. We kindly ask that you ensure you are happy with your purchase before any soiling appears or taking your dogs outside the house.

We have a clear strict returns policy which guarantees we treat all our customers fairly and professionally and we also hope this clarifies everything for you.
