AVOID not an Irish based supplier.

Waiting 6+ weeks for missing consignment of my order.

Customer service agents continuously misled and ignored me. With false claims of having resent missing package,have g exspediated this and that delivery was immanent. When I advised them that product has been stopped by customs and I required (and requested) receipt they ignored my request and asserted that package was due to be delivered shortly. Despite Fedex advising that the complete opposite that it would not be delivered as the package has been incorrectly labelled and they required a receipt which net world failed to send repeatedly.

Mediocre at best. Pizza fairly bland and tasteless way to much salt in the dough which is definitely not fresh rather frozen. Plenty of better pizza options locally.

Atrocious customer service. Advertised 1-2 day shipping after five days no sign of my order. Couriers website said shipping label. was created but no sign of it being dispatched. Contacted customer service was advised product was out of stock. Requested a refund was advised that it would be processed. Another five days later no confirmation of refund. Shipping staus updated to dispatched and delivery expected today despite the status saying it's still in the UK. Of course, it never arrived, To top it all of cannot contact customer service (except live chat) as there form won't recognise my order number. They do not have an Irish presence rather just using .ie domain. AVOID life is to short to be dealing with this bxlux.

Edit - Update.
Emailed that address below in advance of there response. They offered an apology, confirmed that they had not refunded my order. Advised it had allegedly shipped despite being out of stock and that they would contact the courier to track order and give eta. Of course, I never heard back from them. Have just posted AIB chargeback form. To reiterate avoid these fraudulent scam artists. Despite the .ie they have no Irish warehouses everything shipped from UK, and customer support is outsourced.
