Delivery didn't arrive after 2 weeks. Offered refund or shipping again. Opted for refund still waiting after 7 days. As a loyal customer years this is completely unsatisfactory

Not received order. Delay by you initially. Couriers advised attempted delivery. Lie. I have CCTV. No delivery attempted.
All round rubbish
Pooch is now chomping on his legs. Lol
Disabled owner had to venture out for food for said canine.
Will be cancelling future deliveries
