One of the best perfume shops in the entire world. You get great discounts, the staff are always so polite, super helpful, always talk to you, always on the ball and they really listen to you. If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would. Cleanliness is just absolutely fantastic, Superb store.

After reading the recent review put on by my dad, I am absolutely appauled. The Regional Construction Manager came round and didnt even have a look at the matter. It is nothing to do with the boiler. We mentioned that it is the thermostats that we cannot set them automatically.

You clearly cannot read what has been said and if nothing is done by the end of this week, then we are taking legal action to the NHBC as you clearly cannot be bothered to deal with peoples issues. We have been reporting this over the last 12 months and it is absolutely pathetic that you claim you have dealt with the matter when clearly you haven't

We have had a quite a few issues since we moved in July 2022 at plot 56. Our cooker hood wasn't working properly. Eventually, we had to get someone not from Gleesons to fix it and straighten it out, because the customer care team were ignoring us. Also, we had issues with our front door, where we still had a gap underneath. Now, fair enough, Gleesons sorted that out. We are still having issues with sorting our timers for our central heating, but gleesons care team still haven't sent someone round to sort it.

In all fairness, they are only getting 5 stars, is because of the sales team. There has been one lovely lady who has done so much for is and that is Deborah who works on the sales side. She has been so helpful and wonderful from the beginning
