Just had our new fireplace and fire fitted by Flames of Hull. We had looked at various Suppliers before we decided on Flames. Couldn't be happier with the service we received. Good experience with all people involved. We went into the store and was given really good information from the Sales guy. He then left us to look around to decide what we wanted. There was no pressure but was there if we had any more questions. The electrician came and fitted the wiring at home. He was really pleasant and cleaned up after himself and did a good professional job.
On the day of delivery the fitters came and fitted the fireplace and fire, again they were very professional and pleasant and left the area clean. The guy explained everything to us.
We would highly recommend Flames of Hull and thank you to all the staff involved.

I ordered 2 packs of suitcase organisers. I then read the reviews and was annoyed with myself for not reading before I ordered and didnt expect them to arrive. They did take a couple of weeks to arrive but they were delivered yesterday. I haven't tried them out yet but they look absolutely fine although they are not as good as the advert. I think they will be really useful for our holiday as we are travelling around the first week then having a week relaxing in another place. I can't speak for anything else Idea Rock sells but I am happy with my purchase.

Received my trainers and they fitted perfectly as usual. I use Pavers all the time for my boots/shoes. I always know they will fit perfectly and are of good quality.
Since 2020 I have ordered 3 pairs of various boots, a pair of trainers 2 pairs of sandals and a pair of shoes.
I am always satisfied with my purchases.

The gogroupie email address is a no reply address so I could not find how to communicate with them.
Yesterday I purchased a voucher for a set of solar lights - this process was very easy but am now hoping they arrive. After reading reviews about the Supplier (which you do not have access to until you have made the purchase) I decided I wanted to cancel the order as the reviews of the Company in Beijing were mainly bad. I have recently lost money paying for goods from Beijing which never arrived. I am just hoping the lights arrive and are in working order.
I have in the past ordered goods from Gogroupie which I have been happy with and I do not blame Gogroupie for me not receiving items but feel there should be an email address where you could make contact easily.
Update - Solar lights arrived, they are absolutely fine

We have travelled with RSD in the past to Dubai twice. The second trip was with an extended week. We have always had good service from RSD and were delighted with our trips to Dubai, excellent Hotels and Reps and First class couriers. We had booked to go to South Africa and Dubai this year but unfortunately we had to cancel due to COVID 19. We received our full deposit back within days of the cancellation. We would like to say a big Thankyou to RSD for their prompt action. We have booked to go to Croatia in 2021 and are hoping this trip can go ahead.
