The staff have no idea what service…

The staff have no idea what service they are offering.

The test are extremely time sensitive and this is too risky to mess up.

My Ryanair flight was cancelled by the…

My Ryanair flight was cancelled by the airline in July 2020. I purchased the ticket through eSky.

It is now November and I still haven't received a refund.

Every time I contact eSky I simply get a standard reply and no explanation.

Incorrect information about cover,I require cover for me and my children to be treated and / or repatriated in the event of one of us getting covid 19.
