Great service

We used Ed when we bought our house a few years ago and it only happened because of his efforts. As a result we didn't hesitate to get him to sell the property and we have just exchanged. Ed has a great manner, excellent knowledge and a very proactive pragmatic approach and keeps everything moving. Cant recommend highly enough.

Didn't work for us

Cant fault the ordering and delivery process, the acoustic soundproof foam sheet seemed robust, easy to cut with a strong adhesive. Unfortunately it made no difference to the sound we were trying to lessen which is disappointing as it wasn't cheap.

Very pleased with the chairs which seem very good quality for the price. Easy to assemble although one chair didnt fit and a new part had to be sent. This was dealt with efficiently and quickly. Overall pleased but not 5 stars due to the one faulty chair of 6
