I would just like to let you know that your engineer Marcullus Howes number 3743 who attended my car today did a fantastic job.The problem was that my car had been fitted with an immobiliser that was not working. Marcullus was punctual and rang to advise me what time he would be arriving. He quickly found the problem and disconnected the faulty system even though a locksmith sent on the previous day (from an independent company)had said it was a fuse but could not find the fuse box.
He was very polite and professional and a credit to the RAC
Also your agents on the helpline were a credit to your company. They sent me text messages every 30 minutes which was reassuring and engineer rang when he was 25 minutes away.
