I was waiting for my product to arrive for a week , it’s been nearly 3 weeks and I still haven’t received it .
I needed the product I ordered for a special occasion but unfortunately due to poor customer service this was not met .

Further to your review, we always supply tracking details in our UK dispatch emails and can see from your Royal Mail tracking page that following an unsuccessful delivery attempt your parcel is currently being held at the sorting office. The Royal Mail are awaiting either your re-delivery instructions or your collection of the parcel.
