This is strange that for existing clients (10Gb for € 8.50) conditions for prolonging the contract are more expensive then for a new clients (15Gb for € 8.50).

Applied for a contract on feenstra website. They scheduled appointment for checking a boiler in 2 months. I patiently waited this term. But 2 hours before appointment time they cancelled appointment. In email and by phone they told me 2 different reasons why they cancel appointment. It is not exactable to cancel appointments in so short notice, very unprofessional!!!!

I wasn't in contact with the person, but options which you have to solve issues with the seller are not sufficient.
So we agreed with the seller about refund - but you do not have this option on your site. So now someone have to check this dispute to solve it.
But if you had needed options it could be closed without any additional work.

Not really setisfied. Parcel was in sorting center for 3 days without any movement and only when I send a letter with reques it was delivered next day.
