AVOID! Slow Delivery, terrible service.

Order never arrived, if this company is in the UK I don't know why it needs 10 days to ship and several days to respond to emails. My order got lost at royal mail, ardor were unsympathetic, refusing a refund, replying with the bare minimum that they have raised a case. In the end I had to get PayPal to intervene and refund 2 months later. I ordered from another (more competent) company who delivered within 3 days. Good luck ardor but you are way behind on improving the customer journey.

Update: it was order #17249, it is partially a Royal mail issue, you did not support or offer any refund, your emails were slow, lacklustre and sometimes you did not respond, never does a supplier leave a customer hanging for 2 months, you could have managed this MUCH better, even at review feedback phase you are difficult.

We are not sure what order this is. As you have explained it was a royal mail issue not an Ardor Issue.. We have to follow a process with Royal Mail and they have been very slow recently in processing investigations.

We are trying to improve problems with royal mail but that is a royal mail problem.

This review would be best suited for them.

Warranty DENIED (poor quality)

I have bought many pairs of LEE Jeans and on one occasion, found the quality to have deteriorated (within 2 months). I reported this as part of a Warranty procedure and was told I had not taken care of the jeans even though I provided clear evidence (I also have several other pairs without damage) + I only use them working from home so zero chance of mistreatment. It took 1 month for them to decide they didn't offer me anything or consider retaining me as a customer by offering a refund or replacement. Very disappointing service to a loyal customer and poor response times.

Poor service for refunds

Poor customer service for refunds, no refund form and no real process for returns. They could not locate my return and never gave me back the money. It was only £15, but they care more about the pennies then valued customers. Such a shame in these difficult times.
