AVOID! Slow Delivery, terrible service.
Order never arrived, if this company is in the UK I don't know why it needs 10 days to ship and several days to respond to emails. My order got lost at royal mail, ardor were unsympathetic, refusing a refund, replying with the bare minimum that they have raised a case. In the end I had to get PayPal to intervene and refund 2 months later. I ordered from another (more competent) company who delivered within 3 days. Good luck ardor but you are way behind on improving the customer journey.
Update: it was order #17249, it is partially a Royal mail issue, you did not support or offer any refund, your emails were slow, lacklustre and sometimes you did not respond, never does a supplier leave a customer hanging for 2 months, you could have managed this MUCH better, even at review feedback phase you are difficult.
